  1. lesson 28 talks about how the devil is an evil angel who has many evil followers, and the devil uses his lies to cause us to sin. Lesson 29 talks about how Jesus became both God and man to be our Savior. Lesson 30 talks about how Jesus has three offices to which he performed on earth. Prophet- told people that he was the Savior, Priest- offered himself as a sacrifice for our sins, and King- won the victory for us.

  3. Lesson 28: Lesson 28 talks about the ruin of God’s creation. It tells us everything the devil does to make us turn away from God.
    Lesson 29: Lesson 29 talks about Jesus the God-Man. It talks about how he was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. It also talks about how he died on the cross to pay for our sins.
    Lesson 30: Lesson 30 talks about the three offices of Jesus Christ. The three offices are the prophet, priest, and king. It tells what each one of them did to show the love they had for God.

    Lesson 29- Jesus was both God and man who was put on this earth to die for our sins.
    Lesson 30- Jesus appointed the prophets, priests, and kings while he was on earth.

  6. Lesson 28 told us that the devil ruined creation by deceiving Adam and Eve and still lies to us today to cause suffering. Lesson 29 tells us that Jesus is both God and man and called that and has characteristics of them. He died for us by living a perfect life. Lesson 30 talks about the 3 offices of Jesus. The prophet where he told people the good news of the Savior. The priest where he represented us before God and was the sacrifice. The king where he fought the battle against the devil and won.

  7. lesson 31 tells us about how we were slaves to sin, death, and the devil. But Jesus’ blood, suffering, and death set us free. He did this because his blood is precious, he was innocent, and God put our sins on him.
    Lesson 32 talks about how Jesus’ blood cleanses us from our sin, and the the punishment for sin is gone. How death is a sleep and we will wake up with Jesus in heaven. Lastly about how Jesus destroyed the devil’s power, and how we are not afraid of the devil and his temptations and accusations.
    Lesson 33 is about how Jesus humbled himself. He didn’t use his power and glory, but he came poor and lowly to save us. He used his power and was exalted when he went down to hell to proclaim his victory over the devil and his angels. When he comes back to earth to judge, we, too, will rise to heaven with him.

    Lesson 32: Lesson 32 tells us how Jesus set us free from sin, death, and the devil.
    Lesson 33: Lesson 33 talks about Jesus’ humiliation and exaltation. He humbled himself by not using all his heavenly power and glory. He was exalted when he again used all his heavenly power and glory to assure us that we are saved.

    lesson 33…..jesus humbled himself by being born by mary in a stable and died like a criminal he also limited his heavenly powers Jesus was exalted by fighting the ultimate battle and rising from the dead and rose into heaven and will come to judge us he also used his heavenly powers again

    Lesson 35 is about how God redeemed us so we would serve him by living our lives in righteousness, innocence, and blessedness. so we will be with him in heaven.
    Lesson 36 explains that we are spiritually blind, and that God sends the gift of the Holy Spirit into our hearts so we will accept him.

    Lesson 35 Jesus redeemed us so we would belong to him. Because he did that, we live our lives in rightousness innocence and blessedness. We will thank Jesus perfectly in heaven.
    Lesson 36 We are all spiritually dead blind and enemies of God. We believe in Jesus because God sent the Holy Spirit to our hearts

  22. Lesson 34 was about Jesus’ exaltation in heaven. Jesus went to heaven to complete his work of redemption and to prepare a place for us. He is the Prophet, Priest, and King. Jesus will come to judge us, but we will not know when.

  23. Lesson 35 was about Jesus redeeming us. We need to serve him and live in righteousness, innocence,and blessedness. When we go to heaven, we will thank him perfectly.

  24. Lesson 36 was about the Holy Spirit. We by nature are spiritually dead and blind and enemies of God. We didn’t understand the Gospel, so we think it is foolishness. Only because God sent the Holy Spirit did we believe. We can’t believe on our own.

    Lesson 35: Lesson 35 talks about how we should thank God by living in blessedness, innocence, and righteousness. It also talks about how we will be able to thank Jesus perfectly when we are in heaven.
    Lesson 26: Lesson 36 talks about the important work of the Holy Spirit. It tell how people are spiritually blind, spiritually dead, and enemies of God. It also talks about what spiritual blindness is and how we believe In Jesus.

  26. lesson 34 is about how Jesus ascended and is the prophet, priest, and king and at an unknown time Jesus will come again
    lesson 35 is about how Jesus redeemed us so we should live in righteousness,innocence, and blessedness to thank him and when we live in heaven we will thank him perfectly
    lesson 35 is about some people accept the gospel and others don’t even so we all are spiritually dead, blind and enemies of God but God gives us the chance to believe

  28. Lesson 34 talks about how God is watching over us as we wait for Judgement Day. Lesson 35 talks about how God wants us to obey him by serving in righteousness, innocence, and blessedness. Lesson 36 talks about how the Holy Spirit helped us see Jesus and without that we would not have known what he had done for us.

  29. lesson 34…. talks about how how Jesus ascended to prepare for us, he sits at the lords right hand while working was a prophet(sends news) priest(caretaker) and king(protecter), and will come again to judge us and take us to heaven at any time.
    lesson 35……Jesus saved us so we would be his and serve him. We should show thankfulness by by being righteous innocent and blessed, but we will be able to perfectly thank him when we are in heaven.
    lesson 36…..talks about the holy spirit that says some people are enemies spiritually dead and blind(doesn’t understand) so we believe in jesus which the holy spirit sends.

  30. lesson 37 is about the Holy Spirit being part of the triune God. It also talks about how the Holy Spirit fills our hearts with God’s Word, and how it turns people away from the sinful world to faith in Jesus through the sacrament and God’s Word.
    Lesson 38 talks about how the Holy Spirit puts faith in our hearts through conversion, regeneration, and (first) resurrection. We are given many gifts of forgiveness, joy, hope, peace, and comfort. We are also told how the Holy Spirit strengthens our faith, and protects us from the world, the devil, and our own sinful nature.
    Lesson 39 tells us about good works, and how we should be doing them according to God’s will and we should thank him for every good thing.

  31. Lesson 37 The Holy Spirit is the third person of the triune God. He washes away my sins and keeps me away from the sinful world. He sanctifies us through Baptism and the Lords Supper
    Lesson 38 The Holy Spirit turns us around washes away our sins and raises us from the dead. We see God’s gifts and the Holy Spirit strengthens our faith.
    Lesson 39 We should do good works because we want to thank God for dying on the cross. And without faith there are no good works to God.

  32. Lesson 37 was about the Holy Spirit. He washes us clean by working faith in us and he saves us through the Gospel, God’s Word, and through Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.

  33. Lesson 38 was about the miracle of faith. Conversion means turning people around, regeneration means giving people a second birth, resurrection means raising people from the dead, and enlightenment is like a light turned on. The Holy Spirit gives us forgiveness, joy, peace, hope, and comfort. He strengthens our faith and protects us from the devils cunning, the love of the world, and the desires of our sinful nature.

  34. Lesson 37 teaches me how the Holy Spirt uses his pwer to faith in my soul.
    Lesson 38 tells me that the Bible uses words i can uderstand how the Holy Spirt puts faith in me.
    Lesson 39 states that we do good works to say thank you to God for all he has done.

  35. Lesson 39 was about good works. We do good works because we love God and we use the Bible to tell whether a work is good or not. Pastor Hein talked about the rich guy who didn’t believe in God who gave millions of $$$ to charity, but it is not counted as a good work because he didn’t do it for God.

  36. Lesson 37 talks about how God uses his power to turn people to Gods word through Baptism and The Lords Supper. Lesson 38 talks about how the Bible uses picture words so we can understand the Holy Spirits works. Lesson 39 talks about how we do good works to thank and praise God.

    lesson 38…..tells us about faith. It says that the holy spirit turns people to faith, gives us a second birth and raises us from the dead. Then our eyes are open and we see Gods many gifts and protects us.
    lesson 39…..talks about about our good works. First the holy spirit gives us faith and a new attitude. Then the holy spirit makes our faith stronger. Finally, we have the wanting to Gods will which is good works

  38. lesson 37 is about how the Holy Spirit is in the trinity we know this through the Bible, and his divinity we also know that that he sanctifies us and he brings us to faith in the Word and sacraments
    lesson 38 is about how the Holy Spirit works in us he turns us, regenerates us, and raises us from the dead because of that we see god’s blessings more clearly and he strengthens our faith to protect us
    lesson 39 is about how the Holy Spirit makes us want to do good works by giving us faith which brings a new attitude because we realize that Jesus lives in us which makes us want to thank him and then we test we are doing what god wants

  40. Lesson 37: We know that the Holy Spirit is the third person to our triune God because the bible calls him God, he does things only God can do, and he has the divine characteristics God does.
    Lesson 38: God’s word uses picture language to help us better understand his scriptures,
    Lesson 39: A good work is something we do to show our love for God, and to thank and praise him.

  41. Lesson 37 talks about the Holy Spirit using his divine power to turn people to God and away from sin. Lesson 38 tells us that the Holy Spirit works faith in our heart’s by conversion,regeneration, and resurrection as if a light were turned on and he protects us from the devil the world and our sinful flesh. Lesson 39 tells us that a good work is only good if it is to thank him and according to his will.

  42. Lesson 40 tells us about how the Holy Christian Church and the communion of saints include all who have faith in Christ. That means everybody around the world.
    Lesson 41 talks about God wanting us to make good choices when we join a church by seeing what they teach, and seeing if they add or subtract from the Bible.
    Lesson 42 teaches that all believers are forgiven because we have faith in God’s forgiveness, while nonbelievers ignore/reject God’s forgiveness and they lose eternal life in heaven.

  43. Lesson 40 was about the Holy Christian Church and the Communion of Saints. Everyone in the world who truly believes is part of the “Invisible Church”. Not everyone who calls themselves a Christian is one, but only God knows that.

  44. Lesson 41 was about joining a church. When we join a church, we need to make sure that the church only teaches the true Word of God. We also need to warn others who do not believe so they do not go to hell.

  45. Lesson 42 was about the forgiveness of sins. Everyone in the entire universe and everyone in the past have been forgiven, but only the ones who have accepted God’s grace have eternal life.

  46. Lesson 40 teaches me that the holy Christain church includes all the people that have faith in Jesus.
    Lesson 41 tells me that I have to make a decision on what church I attend by testing to the word.
    Lesson 42 states that I should accept that the Holy Spirt gives me faith.

  47. Lesson 40 talks about how the Holy Christian church and the Communion of Saints are the same and believe in one Christ and live in one body. Lesson 41 talks about how God wants us to choose which church to be active in. Church x…which teaches what the bible says, or church y……which adds and subtracts to the bible. Lesson 42 talks about how all believers have received God’s forgiveness because he has lead us to faith, but those who have rejected Jesus lose eternal life.

  48. Lesson 40: Everyone who believes in Jesus is part of the body of Christ. Hope for heaven is founded on Jesus.
    Lesson 41: We should join a church to study the bible and be with other believers. Join a church that teaches only the Bible not ANYTHING else.
    Lesson 42: God says we are not guilty because Jesus paid for our sins. Some people reject that and others gladly accept it.

  49. Lesson 40: All members of the Holey Christian Church make up one body.
    Lesson 41: God wants us to join a church to encourage others to go to church, spread his word, and study his word.
    Lesson 42: God declared that we are not guilty for our sins, because Jesus took our sins, and our true punishment.
