  1. lesson 40…..talks about that Jesus took away the sins of everyone not just us. We have a firm foundation in Jesus and should spread the word. The communion of saints is the christian church and the church is part of one body with Christ.

Lesson 42 tells us that people loose forgiveness when they reject it and try to earn it or the Holy Spirit works in us to accept forgiveness from God

In an emergency, anyone can baptize with water and the standard wording: I baptize you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Sponsors are people who are spiritual guardians of the child or person, and witnesses are the people who were there to see the baptism.

  12. Lesson 47 was about baptism’s meaning. We died and were raised to life with Christ, and we need to take off the old self and put on the new self. We need to repent of our sins and thank God for the blessings of baptism.

  13. Lesson 48 was about Holy Communion. We eat bread and drink wine because that is what Jesus used when he had the first Holy Communion. Jesus’ body and blood are in, with, and under the bread and wine, and we know that because Jesus said so and nothing is impossible with God.

  14. Lesson 46 A talks about how the holy spirit works through the word connected with water, and giving faith to believers. For this to work you must be sorry for your sins, trust that God has forgiven you, and thank God for his gifts.

  25. Lesson 51 was about the Keys. There are 2 keys; the binding key, or locking key, and the loosing key, of the unlocking key. We use the locking key to tell someone that they are not forgiven, and we use the unlocking key to tell someone that they are forgiven.

  44. Lesson 55 was about the first petition. God’s name is revealed in the Bible. They are his titles and all we know about him. We keep his name holy by teaching and living God’s Word faithfully and we dishonor God’s name by teaching and living what is contrary to God’s Word.

The video didn’t work, so I had to flip through the slides.

  45. Lesson 56 was about the second petition. God’s kingdom is in our hearts. Christ rules within us through his word, and God sends the Holy Spirit to work faith in our hearts. Christ’s rule in our hearts results in faith in the truth of salvation and the desire to live a life devoted to Christ. We continue to pray for God’s kingdom to strengthen our faith and to bring many other people to believe.

  46. Lesson 57 was about the third petition. God’s Will is done when his word is preached purely, all people believe in Jesus, and all people live holy lives. We ask God to strengthen our faith and the keep us firm. God’s will is opposed by DWF Inc. We ask God to break the power of our enemies.

Lesson 57: We know that God’s will is done when his word is purely preached, all people believe in Jesus, all people live holy lives, but the devil, the world, and our sinful nature oppose God’s will. We ask God to help us with strengthening our faith, keep us firm, and to break the power of our enemies.

  49. Lesson 55 talks about how God wants us to show we keep his word holy by teaching and living his word faithfully. Lesson 56 talks about how we need God to strengthen out faith and we ask that others be brought to faith. Lesson 57 talks about how we should want to do Gods will rather than the “unholy three” the devil, the world, and our sinful nature.

  50. lesson 55…..talks about the first of the seven petitions. This petition deals with all of Gods names. His names (which comes from the bible) are his titles and all we know about him. Some names are Father, Jesus Christ, and created the world. His word is kept holy by teaching and living his word faithfully, but do not teach and live contrary to his word.
lesson 56…..talks about the second petition of the seven. This petition works with the kingdom. Christ rules within our hearts with his word and the Holy Spirit sends us faith. The results of his rule is faith and the desire of wanting to live for christ. We still pray to strengthen our faith and help other to believe.
lesson 57…..talks about the third petition of the seven. This petition works with his will. His will is done when his word is preached, all people believe in Jesus, and all people live holy lives. We shouldn’t doubt his word, ignore his word, or disobey hi word. We ask him to strengthen and firm our faith. We shouldn’t ask him to break our enemies.
